Position
TAC is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage its Accreditation Program. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role focuses on overseeing the accreditation process, coordinating audit teams, and ensuring seamless project management.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager on our team, you will:
● Manage the TAC accreditation process for institutional programs, including scheduling, coordinating audit meetings, and preparing draft audit reports.
● Provide support and guidance to post-secondary institutions and auditors.
● Report on KPIs and deliverables while ensuring quality and efficiency of accreditation projects.
● Facilitate meetings, take accurate minutes, and manage critical project measures and timelines.
● Manage projects aimed at continuous improvement, including enhancing and providing ongoing support for our accreditation platform.
● Collaborate extensively with volunteers and post-secondary contacts, such as deans, faculty, and program coordinators.
● Contribute to business development and stakeholder engagement through primary research and process analysis.
● Work towards clear objectives, targets, and KPIs to increase accreditations across Canada.
● Manage a flexible work schedule across all North American time zones, with meetings ending as late as 8:00 pm (time-in-lieu provided).
● Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
● A new graduate or at least 2 years of relevant experience in business administration, engineering technology, or a related discipline.
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, engineering technology, or a related discipline (TAC-accredited program graduates preferred).
● Proficiency in MS Office, OneDrive, Google Drive, and SharePoint.
● PMP designation is an asset.
● A valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to travel across Canada are required.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Fluency in English is required; French or bilingualism is an asset.
